Fresh ginger made these pretty spicy. That prep time is meaningless; it takes a few minutes to put together, then you wait for the marinade. Very tasty and about the only change I'd make is to double the recipe if there's more than one person eating 'em... Made for Please Review My Recipe March 2008.
