This is really great, light and refreshing for those balmy summer days. Garnish with a cucumber spear.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Fill a highball glass half full with ice.
  2. 2
    Add Pimm's until 1/3 full.
  3. 3
    Fill with Sprite.
  4. 4
    Add a dash of lemon juice and stir with a cucumber spear and serve.

Posting review for a second time as it did not publish the first time!! Here is my 5 Star review, which I luckily always keep a copy of in my private notes!!! This was always going to be 5 star as it is my favourite British cocktail.....and I happen to have a bottle left still! I adorned mine with strawberries, as well as sliced cucumber and also fresh mint sprigs, as is the norm in the UK............AB-FAB Darling! FT

    Let me try just a couple more and I'm sure the rating will go up - this was a tasty treat! The cucumber is perfect with it. Might be a bit of an acquired taste but that can easily be worked on.
