Barbecued Corn

A great side dish for your next barbecue. Use your favorite barbecue sauce, either homemade or purchased.

Ingredients

  • 8 fresh ear of corn
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • Directions

    1. 1
      Remove the husks and silk from the corn.
    2. 2
      Blend butter and barbecue sauce in a bowl.
    3. 3
      Spread generously over the corn.
    4. 4
      Wrap each ear securely in heavy duty foil.
    5. 5
      Place on grill rack and grill for 15 to 20 minutes or until the corn is cooked through, turning several times.
