Great for those who love Mexican or Spicy foods. Serve at parties, Halloween omix.

SERVES 8 , 2 1/4 cups (change servings and units)

    Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. Spread out on a cookie sheet.

    Bake at 300F for 20 minutes, stiring every 5 minutes, until seeds are lightly brown and toasty.

    Cool, then store in an airtight container.
