Easy Peanut Butter Fudge

Recipe #290287 | 6 min | 5 min prep | add private note

By: French Fried Texan
Mar 5, 2008

Good with half creamy PB/half chunky. Easiest fudge recipe I've ever seen. I personally think it's better after a night in the fridge.

SERVES 8 , 1 8X8" pan (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a pot, bring sugar and water to a boil. Let the mixtures boil for EXACTLY one minute.
  2. 2
In a bowl, have the peanut butter and vanilla measured out and ready.
  3. 3
Pour the sugar and water into the bowl when ready, and mix well. Pour into 8x8 in greased pan.
  4. 4
    Let cool, and enjoy!
  5. 5
Variation: For chocolate PB fudge, add 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa in with the sugar and water.
