a great crowd pleaser

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli, separated and cut small
  • 1/2 cup purple onion, cut into small pieces
  • bacon bit, add amount you would like
  • 1 cup sunflower seed
  • 1 head cauliflower, one head, separated and cut small
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup red pepper, cut small
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, cut small
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar

    • Directions

    1. 1
      Mix first eight ingredients and place in a sealed bowl. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over first ingredients just before serving. This salad can be made and set aside for up to 1 day.
