This is a recipe I learned in my middle school home economics class. It has been a favorite of mine since then. It's super simple and very yummy (and very sweet).

SERVES 24 -36 , 24 -36 cookies (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In a large sauce pan mix sugar and syrup, bring to a boil, then turn off heat and stir in peanut butter until combined well.
  2. 2
    Stir in chow mein noodles.
  3. 3
spoon portions of about 1 teaspoon (or size desired) on to wax paper to cool.
  4. 4
    Enjoy!
