Featherlight Rice Flour Mix

Gluten-free flour for use in baking & pastries. This is a recipe that I got from my local grocery store at one their cooking classes.
9 cups
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice flour
- 3 cups tapioca flour
- 3 cups cornstarch
- 3 tablespoons potato flour (not potato starch)
Directions

Combine all and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
