This is a wonderful and filling dish. Adapted from The Encyclopedia of Creative Cooking. Enjoy!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder and 1/4 tsp black pepper. Dredge cubed pork.
  2. 2
    Heat oil in skillet. Brown Pork until brown on all sides. Place in Slow Cooker.
  3. 3
    Return skillet to heat and add onion and apple cider until warm. Then pour into Slow Cooker.
  4. 4
    Add carrots rosemary, salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Stir. Place bay leaf on top.

    Cover and Cook low 4-6 hours.

    Serve over hot rice.
