A tasty and delicious Australian version of the American 'Blizzard' from Dairy Queen. This is very easy to make, the hardest part was waiting for it to refreeze without eating it all. I used Schwans brand to make mine. katew was kind enough to send me a box of Tim Tams and the jersey caramels, thank you dear. If you never tried a Tim Tim you must, they are so yummy. The jersey caramels are not like our American caramels. I'd say jerseys are a drier type and they have a white cream candy layer in the middle. The American caramels are more fatty/oily. Back to the Tim Tam use them as a straw by taking a small bite off of opposite corners. Then drinks your favorite hot beverage through it. Your beverage should be closer to lukewarm or you will be a chocolate mess. lol
