this is how i make fried rice its simple

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

    add soy sauce to rice add more if you desire

    in fry pan add bacon and fry

    when cooked remove from pan

    add oil to bacon grease
  5. 5
    add meat to oil and cook til almost done

    add onions scallions and celery.

    fry til lightly browned.

    add peas

    add rice
  10. 10
    in separate bowl beat egg.

    add to cooking rice and stir quickly to mix egg in.
