Brain Freeze good! I used frozen berries and room temperature banana and this still came out thick as a shake cold enough for a brain freeze. LOL! Love this for a quick breakfast! I always have fruit frozen just for a healthy way to start the day.

What a delicious smoothie this is! The frozen bananas and berries give a thick yummy texture to the drink that makes you think you're have a shake! I tried this recipe two ways: one as written and one with reduced honey (health reasons) and subbing orange juice for the milk. It's actually a recipe you can play with. How can you go wrong when you start with bananas and raspberries?
