Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cream, any flavor
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
Directions

Grease a loaf pan or casserole dish.2
Let ice cream soften before adding to flour.3
Bake at 350 till a toothpick comes out clean. (About 45 mins.).
