I didn't make this recipe, just wanted to share one with you that my mom gave me. This is her recipe: 1 c milk, 1/2 banana (I always used an entire one), 1/4c peanut butter. 1T honey, 1/2t vanilla, 2c ice. I have always loved this shake. I made her make it for me when I had my tonsils out. I just had one this morning (doing the whole slim fast thing and I wanted to make a shake with some substance. This really did the trick. Now maybe I can make it until lunch!!!).

Toddler DD demolished this in 30 secs flat so that's 5 stars for me. A great smoothie to make with ingredients I always have on hand. Thanks Sonya!

My Husband is the Peanut Butter eater in our house. He is difficult to keep still and I 've been a little worried about his nutritional intake whilst I have been dieting recently - he's been loosing weight faster than me! So I was interested in this. I used Crunchy Wholenut PB and a whole frozen banana, which I usually keep for muffins and banana bread - not anymore! He loved it and is begging me to make more yogurt so he can have another! I had a little taste and it WAS good!

This made a quick and delicious breakfast treat. I did use a few more ice cubes because I wanted it thicker and 1/2 of the bananas were also frozen.
