This is a simple, flavorful soup. I had leftover rotisserie chicken, which worked perfectly in this recipe. I followed everything exactly as written, and will definitely be making this soup agian. Thanks, Kim.

This is a really good and easy soup to make with great flavor. It is great to make when you have some leftover cooked chicken that you need to use up. I love the addition of spinach as well since it is so good for you and tastes delicious. Thanks for sharing!
