I got this healthy smoothie from Weight Watchers. Chill a glass by putting it in the freezer for at least 20 minutes. You may want to wrap it in a napkin to keep your fingers from getting freezer-burned! It has 3 points per serving.

SERVES 1 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
In blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth.
  2. 2
Pour into a tall, chilled glass.

This was delicious! The only chocolate yogurt I could find at my grocery store was Yoplait's Chocolate Mousse Style. So I used two 4 oz. cartons of that, 7 strawberries, 2% milk, and the crushed ice. This was so good and the kids loved it. Thank you!

Yummo, toddler DD downed this record time, I had to sneak a taste in before I gave it to her knowing that she wouldn't share this once she'd tried it. I didn't have chocolate yoghurt on hand so used vanilla with a small scoop of chocolate ice-cream left in the bottom of the tub, I also snuck in some baby spinach leaves merely for extra nutrition. Thanks Lainey!

Yet another great smoothie recipe that I can add to my file! I did use a low-fat chocolate yogurt, the 2% milk that I always have on hand & frozen strawberries! As usual for me, I left out the ice cubes 'cause I like the less-icy, stronger taste that I get! Loved the combination of the chocolate & berries! Thanks for sharing!
