Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup flax seed
- 3/4 cup hot water
Directions

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.2
Press into a foil lined 9 inch square pan.3
Chill for 30 minutes.4
Cut into 12 bars and wrap in plastic.5
Store in the refrigerator.

These are a really nice snack to satisfy the sweet tooth without too much guilt! I made as written, but lloking forward to using other seeds (i.e. pumpkin or sunflower) and maybe chopped cranberries. Made for Spring 2008 PAC.
