Yummy vegan rice pudding with a nice rich coconut flavour.

SERVES 1 , 7 8 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

    Bring rice milk and cocnut milk to a boil.

    Add rice, let boil for about three minutes.
  3. 3
    Reduce heat, add sugar and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes
  4. 4
    Right before taking off heat, add vanilla and sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
  5. 5
    Enjoy.
