Lala came home with this recipe recently and I looked at her like she was nuts. I thought to myself "that is one weird combination of stuff". I was hesitant to try it, so she made it today and brought me some. WOW! Next time I won't doubt her. It was REALLY good.

SERVES 4 -6 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Mix together the rice, pineapple, pear, raisins and pecans.

    In separate small bowl, prepare dressing and mix well.
  3. 3
    Stir the dressing into the salad mixture and refrigerate for one hour before serving.
