Butterscotch Eggnog Latte

I have 4 chooks who lay me lovely fresh eggs so I often make Eggnog when I have some to use up, as it's the only way I can get little miss DD to eats eggs. A flash of inspiration this morning saw this creation born.
SERVES 1
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup freshly brewed espresso
- 2 teaspoons butterscotch chips (or syrup if you have it)
- 1/2 cup eggnog, steamed
- 1/2 cup milk, steamed
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mug & mix until butterscotch chips have melted & all is combined.2
