Wow..... What a kid pleaser...... The whole family thought this was wonderful and my kids went back for seconds..... The flavors of the sour cream and chives mixed great with the cheese..... I have a steamer and I steamed my cauliflower instead of cooking in the microwave..... I also baked in the oven after adding the cheese until it was melted..... It was amazing.... I can see how using the microwave would be easier and faster though...... We loved it and will be eating again..... I wonder how this would be on brocolli and maybe brussel sprouts..... ?????? Sorry no picture..... I was planning on taking one until my digital camera got ruined at Sea World.....

We enjoyed the flavour of this dish very much. My cauliflower ended up a bit rubbery. I did follow the recipe but clearly I must have either overcooked or not enough. Even so, it all got eaten! I did like the combo of the sour cream and the cheese. I think next time I will follow the suggestion of putting it in the oven for the final step. I had the oven on anyway. I am going to try this one again. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Wonderful easy way to make cauliflower. I cooked the cauliflower in the microwave (as written), but instead of microwaving in the final step, I baked it in the oven for 20 minutes to melt the cheese. It was still just as easy. I love that there is no seperate cheese sauce to make in a saucepan. Thanc for sharing a great (easy) cauliflower recipe!

This was nice tasting & quick to prepare! Will admit, though, that I used on a cup of cheese, and instead of salt & pepper, I used a rounded 1/8 teaspoon of lemon pepper! Definitely a recipe worth keeping! [Tagged, made & reviewed for Please Review My Recipe cooking game]
