WOW!! This spread is GOOD. I like that you can adjust the garlic flavor. Bet some tobasco sauce would give it a little heat....will try next time. Letting cream cheese softened you can then easily mix by hand. Good to keep in the frig so when you need a little bite of something. Thanks for sharing this one, Marsha!
