This was SO good, and mild enough that my kids (ages 5 and 2) loved it! Thanks for a simple, quick and delicious weeknight meal!

YUM! Simple but so good. It's easy...important as I'm the only vegetarian in the house and have to cook for myself. The feta is unique. I used at least 2 tsp. of garlic, so it wouldn't be good date food, though! Thanks, Sirpezy!
