From Mary Jane Summers, this is a great dip for vegetables or to spread on bread or crackers.

I followed the recipe perfectly and made no changes. I served this with crackers but I do agree with the other reviewer that it would be better with apples. Thanks so much for posting!

    I liked the mild sweet flavor of this recipe. I made "as-is." Although I had it with crackers, I ended up making it into a super protien pb and jelly sandwich for an evening snack. It actually might be better served with fruit (apples, pineapple, etc). Made for ZWT4. Thanks for posting!

    This has an interesting taste. I liked it pretty much but I think it lacked a bit of a kick, so I added a patatas bravas herb mix. Next time I would think about adding some garlic or cilantro, which would go well with the other tastes. Thanks for posting!
