Easy Pineapple Chili

This recipe from Susan Myers-Feeney is simple to make but tastes great!
SERVES 8
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground turkey or ground beef
- 2 (16 ounce) jars pineapple salsa or peach salsa (Paul Newman brand recommended)
- 1 (15 ounce) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pineapple tidbits
Directions

Brown meat in a skillet and drain the oil.2
Stir in all other ingredients and cook on medium-low for 15 minutes.
