the Muffin was good , but the strawberry butter was great, even good on toast. Thanks

This is a good muffin but not sweet enough for our family. I thought it was a little bland without the strawberry butter but if you spread the butter onto the muffin it is excellent. I just would like to have it taste sweet without the butter addition. The Butter Is Amazing BTW.. I give that 5 stars without blinking. Next time I am going to up the sugar and see how it turns out. Overall this is a good recipe and I will make them again with my preferences of more sugar and a different streusel (I like the one found on the Jiffy Blueberry Muffin Box better). Thank you so much for allowing us to try your recipe

I would give these 10 stars if I could. They are superior to any other muffin I have ever had the pleasure of eating. The muffins were sweet, but not too sweet. The texture was moist and tender and not heavy. The strawberry butter was wonderful, and firmed up nicely after being put in the refrigerator. I used a melon baller to scoop out onto our plates. It was spreadable either room temp or cool. The strawberries and nuts in the butter had a fantastic flavor that is phenominal in this recipe. My DS and DD LOVED them and can't wait to have them again. The instructions were clear and easy to follow and were perfect. The muffins were cooked perfectly and the strawberries were distributed nicely throughout the muffins. I really can't say enough good about this recipe, but WOWZA! You have got to try them for yourself to see what I mean! Made for RSC#11.

5 Stars please! I did a review on this recipe but when I went back to see if the stars showed up the review was gone also, so here I go again
These muffins were incredible! They were just sweet enough, with a great texture and taste! The streudel topping was wonderful and added just enough sweetness to the muffins. I love the addition of the nuts! The strawberry butter was absolutely delicious, and with the addition of the nuts brought the muffins over the top for me. This is by far the best muffin I have ever tasted, and I will be making many more times. It is definately a "Winner" recipe. I wish you luck and hope lots of people made this recipe. If you haven't made it, I hope you will. EXCELLENT recipe made for RSC #11. Linda
