I'm diabetic and a Weight Watcher so I have to be careful of calories and sugar. I came up with this recipe so that I could fit it into my plan. It counts as 2 milks and only 3 points. Torani makes the sugar free syrup that I use.

    Heat milk to hot. Froth, if you like it that way.

    Dissolve hot chocolate mix in the coffee.

    Add the syrup and milk.

    Enjoy.
