Thgis was great! I tweaked it a little b/c I didn't have all the ingredients but it tastes very healthy and has enough heat to satisfy.

4 Stars, tasty, healthy version. In my opinion, it would benefit from carmelizing the onion and garlic before adding the celery and green peppers. i used 1 small can diced jalapeno peppers, and fortunately, the chili did not become too spicy as a result. Thanks for sharing, this makes an excellent WW selection. Made for PAC Spring 2008.
