Asparagus Ala Muah!

I have been making this for years. Very easy, and yummy!

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    Wash and trim the asparagus ends. Dice into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a bowl and lightly coat with Olive oil and season with salt and pepper, toss to coat. place on foil baking pan. Roast in oven at 450 until tender or to your liking.

    White that is roasting, in a saucepan. Heat butter, add shallots and mushrooms. Season lightly with a dash of salt.

    Combine the two together in a serving dish. And serve.
