Miller - you outdid yourself with this recipe! Absolutely out of this world delicious! The oysters were so tender and the sauce was seasoned to perfection. I served this with homemade Focaccia bread and we mopped up every drop. I can't wait to make this again!

Don't know why this recipe has not been reviewed before because this is good!!! I love shell seafood of any kind and oysters are just the best if cooked right (or fresh and raw). This was superb. Sopped up the sauce with some good bread, tossed in a salad and what a terrific meal!!
