Honey Mustard Salmon

We eat salmon almost every week and I am always looking for new ways to make it - thought this recipe sounded good and easy. This recipe can be easily adjusted to how many people you have or how much salmon you have. It can also be used for whole, steaks or fillets. We tend to use salmon fillets.Recipe source: Best of the Best from Oregon cookbooks

What a wonderful little recipe! Ever so simple yet really tasty. Salmon is the only fish I can get my other half to eat, so to try and stop me from getting bored of it I am always looking for ways to spice things up. This is great! I made exactly as directed only I used 2 salmon steaks and I've no ideas how much that came to in weight. There was a little too much marinade but I like it that way anyway.

The simplest dishes are always the best and this dish proves it. The dish has just a slight sweetness, but it is not so strong that it covers up the flavor of the salmon. For 6 servings it comes to 6 WW pts.
