Directions

    In large casserole dish, slice the onion on bottom.

    Slice potatoes then over onions.
  3. 3
    Crumble uncooked hamburger over potatoes.
  4. 4
    Sprinkle salt and pepper over this.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle rice over ground beef.
  6. 6
    Pour beans on the top layer.
  7. 7
    Cover with tomato soup.
  8. 8
    Cover with foil and bake 2-3 hours at 325 until potatoes and meat are done.
