This one dish meal is a great quick way to cure your craving for pizza! It's made with refrigerated biscuits and delicious toppings.

SERVES 6 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2
Cook meat over medium heat until no longer pink and drain.
  3. 3
Cut each biscuit into fourths and lay evenly in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish or 3 quart casserole dish (if I use 3 cans of the smaller biscuits, I only cut each biscuit in half).
  4. 4
    Top biscuits with pizza sauce.
  5. 5
Sprinkle ground beef over the top.
  6. 6
Layer with onions, peppers, pepperoni slices and cheese.
  7. 7
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until cheese is nicely melted.
  8. 8
Let stand about 10 minutes for easier serving.

I would have probably given this one more star, because I thought it was fine, but I was the only one in my family who would eat it. The rest of it went to the pets. My husband and my kids didn't like it at all. I'm really not sure why, either. I was looking forward to making this, too, because I thought it would go over really well with my family.

I made this for dinner this week and its a keeper! Very tasty and very easy to make...even had my 4year old son help put it all together! We left out the onion and green pepper as we are not fans of it in our house, and we added some real bacon bits, and some garlic, and pepper....very very yummy Thanks!

I've made this 3 times and I can't believe I haven't reviewed it. In a nutshell, this recipe is AWESOME! It gets snarfed down before my eyes. I'm starting to wonder if I should make two pans to meet the demands. You should hear the moans of disappointment when the pan is empty. I first thought that this would be a ho-hum recipe based on the ingredients but was I proved wrong. I've never heard of this recipe but my BF says that he's had it before many times. Leave it to the Zaar nation to have just about anything you are looking for. EXCELLENT, inexpensive, fairly quick to prepare as these ingred's are usually on hand in most homes. Thank you tons for this great post

Yummy! I was short on time when I made this but I managed to make everything, layer and place in the refrigerator so I could bake it when I came back. I added some shrooms to this and it was great! Thanks for posting such an easy recipe.
