I make this for my family on a regular basis. It has a wonderful flavor and the pork chops are always tender! I found the recipe in a Taste of Home Magazine .

This was a hit at my house. I made a few small changes: I chopped and sauted the peppers for a few minutes in oil then added the rice and cooked for few minutes more to toast. Then I added the water, seasoning, and tomoto sauce, covered and partial cooked the rice. I did this because it seems when ever I make recipes like this the rice never gets quite done. It turned out great!

This was okay for me. Although my 6yo son really liked it which bumped my rating up, because he's such a picky eater. The pork chops were very tender and this recipe was a very easy I don't know what to make for dinner recipe. Thanks for sharing. Lisa

Great recipe! The only change I made was to add about half a cup of medium chunky salsa and I chopped up two small chili peppers to throw in! It was delicious! The rice tasted great and was just a bit spicy.. the way we like it! Thanks for sharing this great recipe Kim!

My husband is an extremely picky eater, he told me this was a definate keeper and I must agree. The pork chops were moist and tasty and the rice was an excellent finish.
