Heh heh heh. Guess what? This is absolutely fabulous on flank steak!! A very nice blend of flavors - nothing overpowering. I did use 1tsp salt & it wasn't 'salty,' it was just right. I was worried the smoked paprika would be overpowering but it wasn't. A great all around spice mix to have! Thanks, Pets! Made for PAC Fall '08.
