This is a wonderful, slightly sweet salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 2 cups red seedless grape, halved
  • 1/2 cup cashew halves
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

    • Directions

    1. 1
      add cauliflower, grapes, cashews, and cheddar in bowl.
    2. 2
      mix miracle whip, sugar, and mustard together and add to salad.
    3. 3
      mix well
    4. 4
      chill in refrigerator.
