A tasty way to cook either haddock or cod.

SERVES 3 (change servings and units)

Ingredients

Directions

    In an ungreased 11-in. x 7-in. x 2-in. baking dish, combine the butter, lemon juice, onions, water, dill and garlic salt.

    Add fish and turn to coat.
  3. 3
    Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. 5
    Sprinkle with lemon-pepper.
