Fruity Turkey (Or Chicken) Salad

This is what happened when I went hunting through my cupboards looking for something to go with my leftover turkey.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces turkey breast, chopped (cooked)
  • stalks celery, chopped
  • 1/8 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/8 cup pecan, chopped (I used glazed)
  • medium apple, chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • tablespoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • Directions

      Mix all ingredients together.

      Serve on bed of lettuce or on your favorite toast.
