This is a very tasty bread that is easy to make.Spelt has a nice nutty flavor. I added about 3 tablespoons of sunflower seeds & 2 tablespoons flax seeds to this recipe the results was very, very good, other grains could be added.

MIght be a good recipe, if there were substitutions for most of the ingredients. Not ' Healh promoting' as it is.

Delish! I did change a few things however. I used Z-sweetener instead of regular sugar and I used sunflower oil instead of canola. I added sunflower and hemp seeds also. They gave this bread a nice nutty taste. Thanks, this will be a favourite!
