This is from my Aunt. I didn't find any other Chai recipes on zaar that were exactly like this one, so I thought I'd share!

2 cups (change servings and units)

    Mix the spices and condensed milk thoroughly. Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Brew a strong blank tea (Assams are good) or Rooibos for an herbal chai. Stir in 1/2 to 2 heaping teaspoons of chai concentrate per cup of freshly brewed tea.
