I was totally impressed with this. It wasn't just like rice, but it was an excellent substitute and a terrific way to get in more veggies without it being so obvious to your picky eaters. My husband calls cauliflower, "the white stuff" and let me assure you he isn't saying it with a smile on his face. But when I serves this with recipe# 89204 served over top , my husband didn't even seem to notice it was "the white stuff."
