You'd never guess this dessert is lowfat and only 106 calories per 1/2 cup serving. I got this recipe from cooking light several years ago and make it often.

This was lovely. Mine was not as pretty as Lauralie's because I just mixed it all up in a big bowl and served it from there. But it had lovely flavor and was light and tasty. I used fat free yogurts and coolwhip and it worked just fine. A great easy ending to dinner. DH is a huge pistachio fan so he was thrilled. Thanks.

    This is wonderful, so easy and quick to make!! I like the addition of the yogurt and using less cool whip....very tasty. Thank you for posting Indiana Debbie!
