For a quick pizza dough, excellent. I add 1 tsp onion or garlic salt to mine to give it some flavor but otherwise, very good as written.

Very good...I added a pinch of salt and needed a bit more flour (I found it to be just a little sticky). I wound up letting it rise longer than expected just due to my own circumstances (about 45 minutes) but it baked up light and fluffy. I prebaked at 375 with the sauce on for 20 minutes and then cooked it 5 minutes more after adding the cheese (I don't like my cheese browned). The kids & I LOVED it! YUM!

Ok, I'm revising my earlier review. The first time I made this, I used a small pan and the crust baked up very thick and bread-like. I liked how easy it was, though, and kept experimenting with it. Now, it's our favorite! I think the trick is to roll it out thin (I now have a huge pizza pan) and add in spices of choice-- for us, that's garlic pepper & pizza seasoning. The last time I tried it, I used someone else's idea to roll string cheese into the edges, making it a stuffed-crust pizza, which turned out great. Thanks for a good recipe that I'm sure I'll be using & experimenting with a lot!

Great and quick crust. It turned out very well in my 10 x 15 pan. Baked at 375 for 25 minutes. Baked exactly as directed. may add a few seasonings. Also tried one pizza with whole wheat flour but wasn't as good as all purpose flour. Will definitely make regularly.Kids also gave thumbs up.
