wonderful! I used instant coffee and made it an adult drink by spiking it with some tia maria Just perfect for a gloomy gray day

This was simple as ever to make. I made it for Buddha, and he said it tastes like a very upscale hot cocoa from a fine resteraunt. He could not taste the coffee in it, so next time I would double it.

This is GREAT! I don't usually like hot chocolate made with milk but the coffee flavor helps mask the hot milk taste. I didn't realize I was supposed to use actual coffee grounds until after I used instant decaf and then I read "strain" and thought huh? and then re-read the ingredients...anyways I'm glad I did use the instant because it had a great flavor and no straining required! Made for 1-2-3 hit wonders. *I forgot to say that I used 1% milk and 1 tbsp of Splenda brown sugar blend.

This was a great way to have a low-fat mocha at home! It tasted almost like the coffee shop varieties. A very rich treat...almost not sugary enough for me though. I used instant decaf coffee only because it's night time and I didn't have any ground decaf around. I read a review of this recipe and just had to make it pronto.
