These are adapted from another recipe here. I wanted to use whole eggs and 2% milk. I also wanted to add raisins.

SERVES 12 , 12 muffins (change servings and units)

    Put oatmeal, raisins and milk in a large bowl to soak for 1 hour.

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. 3
    Drop into lightly greased miffin pans and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
