These wonderful banana fritters are wonderful. The guys loved them. The recipe was easy and made a wonderful dough to drop into the oil. I did not cut them but pulled the dough apart and dropped it in balls into the boiling oil. We will make these again I am sure! Thanks for the recipe!

Mmm...loved 'em. I served mine sprinkled with icing sugar and vanilla icecream, whilst the kids enjoyed them sprinkled with cinnamon sugar.
