A recipe copied from somewhere years ago. A good side dish with pork.

SERVES 2 -4 (change servings and units)

Directions

    Puree 1/4 cup broth, peppers, parsley, onion and garlic in food processor.
  2. 2
    Lightly brown rice in butter. Add puree and cook 5 minutes.
  3. 3
    Add remaining ingredients, cover and cook 1 hour on low.
