OMG, this is first rate-I want more! I made ours with yellow summer squash and swiss cheese, but this would be great with most cheeses. The onion/squash caramelized mixture is perfect and the gratined topping has a wonderful crunchy texture. DH raved about this and said to make sure I keep this one. (He loves RecipeZaar
