From the back of a label of President's Choice Free Run Eggs To make chili lime salsa use Chili Lime Salsa or Chili Lime Salsa Lite

SERVES 4 (change servings and units)

    Toast the muffins.

    In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, slat and pepper.
  3. 3
    In a large nonstick frying pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. 4
    Pour in the egg mixture.
  5. 5
    With a wooden spoon or spatula, push the eggs from one side of the pan to the other, lifting and folding eggs until they all form into clumps (about 2 to 2 1/2 min).

    Remove from heat and stir in cheese until melted.
  7. 7
    Place egg mixture on top of each muffin half.
  8. 8
    Top with sour cream and salsa.

very easy to make and had a nice taste. We used our homeade salsa. Made for everyday's a holiday tag.

    Simple and delicious. We served ours on toasted wholegrain bread with homemade salsa and avocado slices. Deeelicious! Chilli in the morning will get you up and going!

    A terrific breakfast, and yes i used the free run eggs Love the combination of salsa and eggs..a keeper.
