Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful recipe FinnKidd. I love thin pancakes and these were perfect. Great flavour and very quick and easy to make. They made a perfect lunch, I can't wait to make these again. The pancake were served with Enjolinfam mango pear syrup and were just delicious.
